Due to the high number of providers and the almost infinite number of insurance policies, we are unable to deal with insurers directly. We are happy, however, to provide any information about your treatment that your insurance company may require in order to process your claim.
Patients with insurance policies should come for an assessment to see what treatments they need and what the associated costs would be. We will provide you with a treatment plan with all the information detailed. Please contact your insurance company directly to verify what your policy covers exactly so you may make an informed decision about which treatment you wish to proceed. We can then book you appropriately and take the adequate payment at the time.
Please note that we can confirm payments for treatments only after they have been carried out – but don’t worry if you forget your claim form; we can always fill it out after your treatment. Naturally, should you need an invoice on the day, please feel free to ask the receptionists to print you a copy.
We ask that all appointments to be paid on the day of the booking and all items involving laboratory work are paid for at the preparation stage.
All fees for treatments that have not been provided are refundable where 24 hours’ notice is provided.
Please note that a late cancellation or non-attendance fee is applied for private appointments at 50% treatment fee if cancelled on the day or not attended.
