Want to make a dental appointment?

We are always happy to welcome new patients to the practice.

Unfortunately we are unable to register new NHS patients currently due to our limited availability. However, feel free to fill out the contact form with your details and we will contact you as soon as we are able to look after more patients.

You only need to register if you wish to book an appointment – unlike the GP services, you do not need to be registered prior to booking an appointment. We regret that due to the backlog created by the pandemic and the limited NHS availability in general there is generally a week or so of waiting time for new patient examinations.

To register, you may wish to contact us by filling out the form below so one of our Customer Care Advisers can contact you – or feel free to call us on 0207 231 4582. The registration process takes about 5-10 minutes and we will need to take some confidential information (such as your address and contact details) so please call us from a secure environment.

Please allow us to advise that due to the extreme pressures on the services we must ensure patients attend their appointments (or cancel by the day before): we take payments for every appointment at the time of booking and should you fail to attend your first appointment without contacting the practice in advance, we will not be able to offer another one.

You will be sent a confirmation email (it is sent manually so please ask the Adviser to send you one should you require a confirmation immediately) and you shall also receive a text reminder before your appointment – the text reminders contain a link to the medical history forms which we would ask you to fill out prior to attending your first appointment. In case you are unable to fill it out online, we can give you the form upon arrival.

We are happy to offer NHS examinations and emergency appointments to everyone who are entitled to NHS treatments. However, as the NHS provides clinically necessary treatment to secure and maintain oral health, there are some treatments (mainly cosmetic), which are not available on the NHS; you may chose to have these done privately. Your dentist will be happy to discuss all your treatment options during your assessment.
