Want to make a dental appointment?

Due to the high number of providers and the almost infinite number of insurance policies, we are unable to deal with insurers directly. We are happy, however, to provide any information about your treatment that your insurance company may require in order to process your claim.

Patients with insurance policies should come for an assessment to see what treatments they need and what the associated costs would be. We will provide you with a treatment plan with all the information detailed. Please contact your insurance company directly to verify what your policy covers exactly so you may make an informed decision about which treatment you wish to proceed. We can then book you appropriately and take the adequate payment at the time.

Please note that we can confirm payments for treatments only after they have been carried out – but don’t worry if you forget your claim form; we can always fill it out after your treatment. Naturally, should you need an invoice on the day, please feel free to ask the receptionists to print you a copy.

Frequently asked questions:

Can you help me with what I am covered for?

Unfortunately this is something we cannot advise you on. The best thing to do in case you are unsure of the details of your policy is to call your insurance company with your treatment plan and they can advise you on what treatments are covered.

Why can’t I get my insurance form filled out when I pay form treatment?

We take payments in advance to ensure that our patients attend their appointments or that they cancel it by the day before. Until your treatment is carried out, the payment is on your account as a credit. As it may be used at your discretion (you may choose to have a different treatment or just cancel your appointment), we cannot confirm what you had done. The same applies when cancelling an appointment – if we fill it out and you make a claim, should you wish to cancel your appointment more than 24 hours in advance, we refund your payment but you may use the form to make a claim for a treatment you didn’t actually had.

Can you print my form for me?

Normally we ask patients to bring their insurance forms with them. We see a large number of patients with insurance forms and printing the forms would mean a huge pressure on our printer and our staff’s time.

Do you have a certain insurance forms?

At the moment no, but we are working on uploading as many as we can in the near future. Please come back a little later to check.

We are happy to offer NHS examinations and emergency appointments to everyone who are entitled to NHS treatments. However, as the NHS provides clinically necessary treatment to secure and maintain oral health, there are some treatments (mainly cosmetic), which are not available on the NHS; you may chose to have these done privately. Your dentist will be happy to discuss all your treatment options during your assessment.
